Saturday, november 12

5:30 - 7:40 hours	:	Transfer of the Heads of Delegation and Special Guests from the hotel to the International Airport of Managua to be transferred to Corn Island. Transfer of the President of the Republic, the Presidents of the State’s Branches, and the Executive Cabinet, to the International Airport of Managua.
8:00 hours	:	Transfer to the City of Corn Island.
9:30 hours	:	Arrival to Corn Island and reception of the National and Foreign Delegations by Mr. Alex Dixon Martinez, Mayor of Corn Island; Mr. Luis Galvez Gutierrez, Mayor of Bluefields; Mr. Hurtado Beker, Governor of RAAN, and Mr. Alejandro Mejia Gaitan, Governor of RAAS. Multiethnic cultural choreography. (Music Band: “Black Man’s Soul”).
9:50 hours	:	Transfer of the Delegations and Special Guests to the City Hall. Traje: Guayabera.
10:00 hours	:	Arrival of the national, local, and foreign authorities to the City Hall. Coffee Break
10:15 hours	:	Official Photograph of the Summit, including the President of the Republic, Mayors, Governors and Heads of Delegation.
10:30 hours	:	Inauguration Ceremony National Anthem in Garifuna language. Invocation to the Ancestors Ceremony presided by a BUYEI. Award Ceremony to former baseball players of the Nicaraguan Baseball Leage: Elry Britton and John Allen. Welcoming speech by the Mayor of Corn Island and presentation of the City’s Keys to the Heads of States and Government. Speech by Mrs. Kensy Sambola, Coordinator of the Nicaraguan Afrogarifuna Association. Speech by His Excellency Frederick Ballantyne, Head of State of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Inauguration Speech by His Excellency Enrique Bolaños Geyer, President of the Republic of Nicaragua
11:30 hours	:	Cultural Presentation of Garifuna Dance
11:50 hours	:	Signature of the Garifuna Declaration.
12:30 hours	:	Departure of the President of the Republic and special guests to the Press Conference location. Place: Centro Turistico Picnic Center . Departure of the Executive Cabinet, the Presidents of the State’s Branches, Diplomats, International Organizations, Mayors, and Governors.
13:10 hours	:	Lunch offered by the President of the Republic to the Heads of State and Governed. Place: Restaurant César Beach. Lunch offered by His Excellency Norman Caldera, to the Ministers of Foreign Affairs. Place: Restaurant César Beach. Lunch offered by Ambassador Javier Eduardo Williams Slate, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs to the rest of delegations. Place: Restaurant César Beach
14:10 hours	:	Meeting with local RAAN and RAAS authorities with diplomatic representatives and international organizations. Place: Restaurant César Beach Garifuna Cultural Presentations to the Heads of State and Government. (Music Band: “Black Man’s Soul”). Place: Centro Turistico Picnic Center
15:00 hours	:	Transfer to the Airport of Corn Island
15:30 hours	:	Departure of the President of the Republic, Executive Cabinet, Presidents of the State’s Branches, and Heads of States and Government to the city of Managua. Departure of the other delegates.
16:45 hours	:	Arrival to the city of Managua.
20:00 hours	:	Reception offered by His Excellency Enrique Bolaños Geyer, President of the Republic in favor of the Honorable Head of State and Government Place : Chinese Republic Hall, Presidential House. Formal Dress. Participants: Head of State and Government, Mayors of Bluefields and Puerto Cabezas, Governors of RAAS and RAAN, Diplomatic Representatives, International Organizations, Ministers of State, and Secretaries of the Presidency.
